Attention all Fire Dept. F. Credit Union members who carry our MasterCard credit card. As of August 15, the
MasterCard will stop working & the members will be receiving their new VISA credit card in the mail within
two weeks after the closing of cards. Please check to see if you have any auto payments made to the MasterCard
(Netflix, Pay-pal, Amazon, Utility bills, Bill-pay, etc.). Those will not pay out after the 15th of
August. We are sorry for any inconvenience we may put you thru. Remember that all balances will be transfer
after the closing date of those cards. Also be advised that there may be residual charges, interest, payments,
refunds, etc. added to new accounts in the incoming months. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to call at

If you have a MasterCard Credit Card (not debit card) account from our credit union, please be advised that the
online call center is not accepting balance inquiries nor payments. If you used that service, please call us
or come by our office and we will assist you. You can still mail payments to the address in your billing
statement. If you are using a bill pay company it should still work. We apologize for the inconvenience
as we are changing credit card companies. Call us for any questions you might have
